Meet very early Ventures. We’ve been investing in crypto for 6+ years now, and have made lots of learnings along the way. The same goes for the other partners in the fund, who have technical P.h.D.’s from ETH Zurich and bring experience from MakerDAO, Celo, and other leading crypto projects.
It was time to professionalize our strategy and we’re excited to share with you that we’ve raised a venture fund.
A quick summary on the fund:
Investment thesis centered around three core themes: Decentralized infrastructure, Real world impact and Public markets opportunity
Investment strategy optimized for Web3 exposure via private & public markets with tickets ranging from 100-600k
Inflection point in the market where rapid web3 adoption meets a bear market creating large opportunities for industry insiders that can act with conviction on startups with solid fundamentals
Deeply technical GP team, embedded in the Web3 ecosystem with significant achievements in the space
Notable LPs backing very early among which are Isomer Capital, Europe’s leading VC-specialized fund-of-funds as well as renowned crypto founders.
A bit more context on our theses can be found below:
We’ve already built a top-tier portfolio (see the companies on the website). The fund invested in the same rounds as leading web3 funds like a16z, Dragonfly, 1kx, etc. Rounds have been covered in web3's leading news site The Block: e.g. Diva, Gateway, and Capsule.
Normally, this fund is only open to institutional investors who commit significant amounts. However, there will likely be a syndicate that allows smaller contributors (starting at 5k EUR) to join in as well. As somebody who has been following our web3 journey by subscribing to this newsletter, we’d like to offer that opportunity to you.

We are still operating somewhat in stealth before the final close but wanted to inform you about this already and share the opportunity to join the syndicate.

Congrats! ;)
